Dear Puma Families,

I hope this finds you in good health and high spirits for the 2025/26 school year.  My name is Kristi Segall, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as the newly appointed President of your Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) for Short Pump Middle School. 

On behalf of the PTSA, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for taking the time to visit our wonderful website and read this message.  For our returning families, thank you for the continued commitment to the PTSA and to our new families; welcome.

The SPMS PTSA board and committee members are excited for the 2025/26 school year.  We have some amazing opportunities planned for our students and staff events to support our incredible teachers.  An impressive lineup of events is planned for the coming weeks/months including fundraisers, community service projects, parent education workshops, student events and teacher appreciation activities. 

The SPMS PTSA believes in open communication and collaboration to achieve our shared objectives for the year.  As a community, we can create an enriching and supportive environment that empowers our students to thrive.   I encourage you to join us for our PTSA meetings, events, and initiatives.  Your involvement, ideas, and feedback are invaluable in shaping how we organize for our school community.  For up-to-date information, be sure to visit our website and social media page often.
